  August 7, 2011 - "Audouzed" for one hour, and the wine sat in individual glasses for an half an hour following that. A nose of honey and some type of flower overall somewhat muted. The palate was initially delicious, but turned somewhat cloying. The wine finishes somewhat bitter. The finish is short but sweet full of simple sugars. Drink now.
