  August 1, 2011 - WES - Pinot Noir (LSE Holbourn): Some Garnet colour change. Clear and bright. Medium intense. Rich savoury nose still with some berry fruit and soft spice - just hitting the secondary note phase. Ripe fruit on the palate good length.
