  August 17, 2011 - Man. Crazy nose of lychee, lemon curd, cinnamon, and truffle oil...really funky in a good way. The taste is equally funky with candle wax, lemonade, and apple juice. The finish has decent punch and acidity with a buttery overtone. This is a pretty cool wine, if you like non-conventional wines that display their terroir well. I, in fact, do.
