  January 16, 2001 - Deep purply red with an almost opaque center. Pronounced blueberry nose with some toasted oak and vanilla. A shot of black cherry midpalate. Medium to full bodied, with a fair amount of tannins and a moderate-length finish. Alcohol 13%.
