  August 24, 2011 - Impressive showing having tasted 2009 at domaine. The 07 is better resolved with the tannins noticebly rounder and sweeter. The 40% syrah shines through with the balancing cabernet helping the structure of the nose. Very nicely judged actually with the olive and garrigue notes being joined by a touch of pencil box. Quite rich flavours of black fruits, savoury meats, clove and touch of cocoa on the finish. Good drink and lovely domaine.
