A bit of fizz stirs the palate’s tendency to just lap this up, gulp after gulp. Strawberries galore–about the most focused representation of said fruit in any rosé I’ve tasted to date. Certainly a coastal wine–briny, salty sea breeze style–perfectly suited to the kaleidoscope of Mediterranean/Atlantic flavors and textures.
