  August 26, 2011 - Decanted 2 hours prior to deciding that if this were Tuesday and I was having pizza this wine would have sufficed. Since it was Thursday and I was heading to Dopo, I put this wine back in the bottle and opened a Quintarelli instead. Day Two, downhill even farther and down the drain.
