  August 27, 2011 - Decanted one hour. Youthful ruby red in glass. Nose of black fruits, with cedar, menthol and vanilla. Currants and boysenberries on the palate, with flourishes of espresso, vanilla, star anise, mint, tobacco and graphite. Long finish. Starting to hit the zone.
