  September 12, 2011 - Slightly muted to begin with but with time and warmth this showed wonderful nuanced aromas. The palate was equally as beguiling, very classical, structured and not in showy. Classy, refined and subtle - i really loved it and there is a touch more to taste after a day to see where this may be going.
