September 17, 2011 - Enjoyed a bottle of this at the very underrated Roly's Dundrum in Dublin. A fantastic wine at a fantastic price. Decanted and left to breathe for just 30 min, I was concerned that the wine might need more time to open. On this showing, To give it more time would have been an error. It has a gorgeous nose of dark red fruit and white pepper. Surprisingly acidic in the mouth at first, but that soon dissipates to give a range of complex flavours with a hint of Brown at the finish. Euro for euro, knocks the pants of most Bordeaux I have drank recently.
