  September 19, 2011 - Drank it over three days and tasted the best on the third day. On the third day nose of a little muted with notes of mushrooms and red fruit. On the palate there are red and black fruit with notes of tobacco, anise and mineral taking over the finish. This is a beautiful wine which should improve tremendously with some age.
