  September 25, 2011 - PnP'd @ room temp. Definitely cut from Rosenblum cloth. Dark. Oaky. Nose reminiscent of spiced caramel. Medium-bodied. Lovely depth of spicy fruit up-front, a touch of acidity through the mid-palate, then tightens up with just enough on the finish to keep things from being one dimensional. Good zin!
