  September 26, 2011 - Decanted for only 30 minutes and consumed over an hour and a half. The wine has a dark berry profile with pure fruit and round tannin. The wine is a little too hot for me right now (not overly so - but not integrated....yet). The finish reflects more pure fruit and is at least 10 seconds in length. Judging by this bottle, I would estimate this wine has yet to see it's best days, which I imagine will not be for 5+ years. Unless you have multiples, hold. If you must drink now, decant for one hour minimum. A Solid Cab that just needs more time to integrate. 91 Points.
