  October 1, 2011 - Tested on well-aired bottle, 3+ hrs. Soft alluring aroma of nail polish, dusty floral, cocoa powder - almost a like a central-Italian wine. In the mouth a rich burst of chewy textured deep neither sweet nor sour dark fruit balancing a smokiness and mineral. Medium lingering warmish finish. Cab sauv. 14.3% abv. Body medium plus, acid medium, tannin medium. Tested at USD80.
