On the palate, tight with some stems and green pepper but a distinct note of red fruit. The whole time this was open, the palate felt a little hollow. After about an hour's air, it also became tight and less forgiving on the finish. For me, this isn't ready and I will try to remember (with CT help) not to open another for several years.
