  October 13, 2011 - Pop and pour. Pretty dark garnet color. Very strong mushroom nose, with some red fruit underneath, but took quite a bit of time in the glass to emerge. Flavors of cranberry and cherry, but not a lot of depth. Alcohol hits a bit hard at first.
  
  Came back to it after a good hour in the glass and the aromas and flavors stayed true, but became more integrated. Still not a lot of depth however. Up to 89.
