Very aromatic, the flavours start with a sprtiziness that leads to a stunningly pure fruited taste. The flavour resonates for a goo while and has a clean acidic cut to the finish. Like a lot of natural wines, the fruit flavour is full on, and it lacks a touch of minerality for overall balance, but its a good drink.
