  October 15, 2011 - Deep cherry,, opaque, no signs of aging. Quite fragrant with black cherry, vanilla predominant and floral undertones.
  Lovely balance, takes a while to open up. Starts off with a chewy mouthful starting in the back of the mouth showing up the dark fruit that then develops to the front with a balanced acidity. Lovely long non-linear finish. Delightful.
  Drank with family and Zak, accompanied with cannelloni.
