  October 16, 2011 - Loved this wine. Opened about 3-4 hours before drinking. nose very floral with lots of cherry. Color did not hint of being 11 years old. A medium bodied burgundy, on the palate it felt solid. The taste was wonderful burgundian cherry and fruit. This style is excellent and only 12% alcohol. Lovely wine with braised chicken in white wine and french mustard.
