  October 20, 2011 - Drank it over three days and tasted best on day one. On the first day the wine tasted young but notes of meats, and dark and red fruit dominated the palate. There were layers of red fruit flavors that dominated the finish which long and satisfying. On the third day the wine was tasting flaby and finish was dominated with alcohol notes. I am not sure if this is long term ager. Drink up.
