  October 21, 2011 - big, fat, chewy wine. not too heavy, but the alcohol really comes on in the end lifting the floral and hot stone notes. I like this alot. Very Parkeresque. The pH is high making it feel a little flabby, but that aromatic alcohol vapourization makes up for lacking acidity in a "warm" way, the long finish almost feels minty
