    October 27, 2011 - Just delicious. Soft and warm with a full mouth feel. Medium to full body. Stunning companion to a pasta with chicken liver, fennel, and olive paste (NYT 10/26/11). Tastes a bit thin by itself but fabulous with the pasta dish.
