  October 27, 2011 - Popped and let breath for a little over an hour. Intoxicating nose of oak and black cherry. Very strong tannin structure that is nearly perfectly balanced through to the end. On the palate it is almost hedonistic. Blackberry fills the mouth followed by toasted oak and a little vanilla. Good length on the finish that leaves the mouth a little dry. Probably just coming into its window. Will drink beautifully for the next decade.
