  August 29, 2011 - Dark red with bricking on the rim. A nice puff of mature, ripe fruit on open rapidly devolves into a sustained light raisin, sour cherry and earth aroma. Medium-bodied with thin, sour fruit, lively acidity and not much tannin to speak of. Did not improve with air or time; actually was the most fresh and enjoyable immediately after opening. I would pop-n-pour this one and have with mildly rich food that would contrast with the sour fruit and acidity.
