  October 28, 2011 - Very pale yellow. Typical sauvignon blanc nose, but without much fruit and with a weird, somewhat unpleasant hint of mold. The palate is pleasant with a very high acidity (which I like) but without much fruit either. My first cloudy bay SB and I fear I did the mistake of getting too old a bottle. I'll retry with a younger one.
