  October 26, 2011 - bit tight straight out of the bottle, dark but not black. opened up a little after pouring through the Vinturi. Much longer finish. Drank it with some cheese which completely changed it. Very candy like on the back end, like a starburst.
  Had the last glass 48 hours later. Fruit bomb.
