October 30, 2011 - I am not familiar with this varietal so hard to judge. Color: like a Chardonnay. Mouthfeel: like a S.B., tart, lemony. Clarity: very, very clear. Nose: muted; at 54 degrees, not like it's too cold; floral hints. Drinking w/o food, Sunday night football. Really needs a hearty white fish with lemon; certainly not a buttery Dover sole; maybe a swordfish or shark; maybe Ahi tuna. As temperature rises, so does the lemony texture. Finish is very long for a white, at the start and as the temperature rose. While I don't know the varietal, you can tell the quality of this wine is good
