  November 4, 2011 - Double decanted, drank over 3 nights. Dark and inky with a translucent ruby rim. Nose opened over time earthy with a hint of leather. Tame on the front with subtle acidity, which came through a bit more predominant mid pallet. Tannins were fine grain and gripped on the finish, black berry finish with some lingering dark chocolate. Medium body with a medium to long finish. Better with food, nothing spectacular. 81
