  November 10, 2011 - After double decanting and two hours back in bottle this wine was teriffic. Plenty of deep ruby with red and brick at the edge. Fruit and chocolate with an earthy Paulliac sense to it. Tannins fully resolved. Smooth and slightly sweet finish. But by no means too old.
