  January 22, 2005 - Colour - red with hint of brown
  Aroma - raspberry, savoury, feral and mushrooms
  Palate - initially tannic taut and closed. However, after an hour or so it opened considerably and showed some red fruit, earth and very good mid palate sweetness and persistent length. The way the wine evolved was impressive and showed potential for development.
