  November 19, 2011 - It's remarkable how a 1999 vintage white wine still shows its youth. Very pale greenish yellow colour, typical aromas of Riesling wines from Mosel surrounded by nice sugar aromas. On the palate there is a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness, sweet grape and apple flavours. It paired greatly with an almond and chocolate cake. Fully recommended, but if you are capable of waiting a few more years you will enjoy it even more.
