  November 24, 2011 - There are a lot of negative comments about this wine below, and I am confused as this was a fantastic bottle of Sancerre. Wonderfully fragrant, well balanced and great acidity. Its a very good not great wine which demands food, with aromatics of baked apples yet quite flinty/mineral notes, then classic orange/lemon flavours with good biting acidity that would cut perfectly through pork rillettes. Very enjoyable!
