  December 9, 2011 - This is Day 2. Red and fresh purple fruit aromas. Pronounced soapy florals notes. Medium flavor intensity, medium- tannin, medium body, medium plus acid. Tastes somewhere between Cru Beaujolais and the northern Rhone. Violet candy. Day 3 this was still rocking, but by day 4 starting to rise in acid.
