  December 1, 2011 - Tasting Group Dinner - Burgs & Northern Rhones (Tilia, Minneapolis): Light copper colored; moderately oxidative on the palate. While quite advanced, this had plenty of life left, showing slightly faded fruit, a lively mousse, and complex minerality. Decidedly more mature than one would expect from a 1995 vintage Champagne -- I'm not sure of the provenance of this bottle -- but overall, quite elegant and fun.
