  December 11, 2011 - My last bottle :( - very strong black cheery and licorice smell with hints of pepper. WOW -- Tannins still going strong and overwhelm on first taste... will decant for an hour and come back. After decanting, the tannins are much more muted, slight fruit up front and then fades quickly.. but VERY enjoyable with a big rib-eye steak.
