  November 24, 2011 - Nose - sweet, golden apples; mango & apple juice; roasted hazelnuts; just a hint of insect repellent, which is refreshing rather than offputting.
  Palate - sublime. Golden syrup with raspberries and a hint of green apples to provide acidity. Wildly grown-up. Fulfilling mouth-feel - full but not overwhelming in any way. This champagne melts on your tongue. 94+ pts.
