  December 24, 2011 - Must be decanted and the wine will improve over a two to three day period. Pretty Pinot nose, the color is a transparent and flawless rose red. Dusty red fruit with dark undertones. Great complexity that allowed the wine to ever evolve in the glass. Thomas Pinot remains remarkable year after year.
