  December 26, 2011 - Decanted wine for about 45 minutes. Drank very well and the tannins were not overbearing. The nose seems to be relatively hot but we can pull out a lot of cherries. As time went on the wine seemed to drop off at a rapid rate. My recommendation is to taste it right after opening and if it is not to hot to drink it as soon as you pop the cork.
