December 25, 2011 - Wow was this a terrific bottle! Nice golden color, very lively and plentiful bubbles. Wonderful Golden Deliicious apple taste with some toast. Long finish. So full-bodied it was hard to believe it's a blanc de blanc. We really loved this bottle.
