  December 30, 2011 - I fear that something must have gone very wrong with this bottle. The first night, I found it tolerable at best; my wife poured it out, and my friend - who gifted me with this - found it "just barely potable". It certainly didn't live up to the other notes - except for the lack of fruit and thin finish. The second night it was vinegary, and has been set aside for red sauce.
