  December 31, 2011 - New Years Eve Bubbly (Farpointe Cellar): Apple and tropical fruit on the nose, with roasted nuts and beeswax in the middle, and some baked bread at the end. Tart on the palate, with lots of lime and green apples. It has some honey roasted nuts on the mid-palate, and finishes with beeswax.
