  December 30, 2011 - Dusty ruby, Gorgeous aromas of spiced cherry and sous bois. With time, also got fading, dried flowers. Still has bags of life. Lovely soft texture in the mouth, and balanced well with the acidity. Long, mouthcoating finish. Glorious. Nothing can match the beauty and complexity of a great, fully mature burgundy.
