  January 12, 2012 - Tasted during Ridge private tour/reserve tasting. Deep, dark garnet color. Graphite, rocks, minerals & iron ore on nose. Volumptious, black raspberry & currant, cigar box & cassis. Slightly dry, ultra-refined with silky tannins, especially on such a youthful bottle. The backbone will take this juice well into the 30-45 year drink window. An incredible ending to a spectacular experience!
