  January 14, 2012 - After a 2 hour decant with grilled rack of lamb. First time trying the 07, seems softer than some of the past Mourchon grande reserves. Has a floral almost vanilla-y quaff as as others mention. Very smooth, but lacking some of the teeth gripping tannins of the other vintages. Delicious wine none the less. I have 11 bottles left - will try to finish them in the next 2 years or so.
