January 16, 2012 - This was the second bottle I had. The other was a year ago. I remember the one a year ago quite vividlym since it was at new years, I had it with friends. That bottle was relatively dark and quite some body and texture to it. A lot of mature fruit, I remember. The current bottle, is best decribed as "docvin" did a couple of days ago: Rather complex nose of red fruit, earth/light oxidation and leather (I didn't get the tobacco and fermente fruit, though). On the palate rather light and elegant, but not at all complex. Nonetheless, very pleasant accompanying a slow-cooked deer stew with risotto.
