  January 20, 2012 - A little more delicate than I anticipated. The wine is really closed and needs more aging. It is hard to believe a 6 y/o wine could be in a dumb stage. With 11 bottles to go, let the journey begin.
  Nicely balanced. Green pepper and Black Olive are heavy on the nose and carry through the taste. Not sure it will age well.
