November 10, 2006 - Served straight from the fridge. Bright and clean straw yellow colour. Good intensity punching salty nose of almonds, toasted hazelnuts, olives and "velo de flor". Elegant, delicate palate: dry, complex, salty. Great pleasure, great value. A good "fino".
