  February 1, 2012 - Traci and I popped and poured to have with a Dijon-Cognac Beef Stew. Nice nose of bright red fruits and a little bit of asian spice. On the palate lots of acid with some very clean crisp cranberry and bright cherries with a hint of spice and coffee. Fairly straight forward Pinot, paired fairly well with the stew. Had one glass but didn't feel the need to revisit. Traci took the rest with her on her trip today....86-87/100
