  February 9, 2012 - Muted nose on PnP compared to my first bottle. But after an hour in the glass, this is oozing anise & licorice. In mouth still a bit harsh & on the funky vegetal bend. Those patient enough to recork and revisit are probably rewarded - this could certainly benefit from some acid softening.
