  February 10, 2012 - chalky minerality with notes of pear and a seamless crisp and clean texture. lots of backend extract wth resinous spice. Great length with lingering ripe fruit. no apparent danger of oxidizing in the near term. Perhaps my 2nd favorite bottle of 04 Fevre to date slightly behind an amazing bottle of Preuses.
